Goods availability
The online goods are generally physically available at our warehouse and ready for shipment. We have several sales channels and receive frequent orders, for this reason the goods may be temporarily unavailable. In the event that the goods are not available and the customer does not want to wait for the time necessary for delivery, the company is available for immediate and full refunds of the amount paid.
On-Demand items
The items that bear the words "On demand" are not physically available in our warehouses, but it is possible to proceed with the online order like the other products.
Once we have received the order, as an official dealer, we will in turn request the item from the Manufacturer.
The items will be available to us within 10/14 working days from the notification of payment. Once we have received the ordered items, we will provide the final delivery, estimated within a few days (areas difficult to reach may require extra days). In any case, the customer will be kept informed.
These items are generally available at the Manufacturer’s warehouse and we are authorized to order them.
In some circumstances, if the product is no longer available for order, our company will refund the total amount paid within 5 working days.
If the product is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately notify and refund if the customer is not available to accept the expected waiting times.
Selling price
The company publishes the goods on sale at a market price.
The prices in the advertisements are to be referred exclusively to online purchases.
The price lists may differ according to the destination of the goods, due to local tax laws and commercial regulations.
Payment
Payments with the best credit cards are accepted.

The order is automatically canceled, if payment is not made within 4 days.
We do not ship cash on delivery.
Billing
Countries outside the European Union (non-EU).
The invoice with the detailed list of products purchased is attached to the shipping documents. The total invoice amount is exempt from taxes in the country of origin. Any taxes on the value of the goods are charged by the customs of the Country of import, directly to the customer.

European Union (EU).
When the goods are shipped to one of the EU countries, according to the rules for e-commerce, the issue of the invoice must comply with the following rules.
It is not mandatory unless expressly requested by the customer at the time of the order via a separate email and providing the mandatory data according to the tax law in force: for example, tax code (for Italian customers) / VAT number, exchange code or PEC address (for digital invoicing in Italy). If one of the data necessary for issuing the invoice is not communicated to us and the customer does not provide it shortly, we reserve the right not to proceed with the processing of the practice.
The invoice will be sent by email within 10 working days.
Non-Italian EU customers in possession of a VAT number (B2B customers) before placing the order can contact the Sales Staff, to request a VAT-free invoice if the goods are addressed outside the Italian borders and agree on the amount to be paid.

Shipment
After payment confirmation, orders received before 12:00 are processed and shipped the same day. Processing times may vary depending on work flow and staff availability, in optimal conditions orders can be shipped within 24 hours while during peak times it may take up to 72 hours.
The delivery of the goods generally takes place within two working days on most destinations in Italy, except for delays or problems attributable to the carrier.
The average delivery times for orders in Europe by GLS courier are approximately 2-7 days while shipments outside the EU take place with EMS service: for these destinations the delivery can take even more than a month and depends entirely on the speed with which the local customs authorities release the package.
Shipping costs include packaging. If two separate orders are placed, shipping costs are charged for each of them. The package travels at the customer's risk. Shipments outside of the European Union will be subject to the payment of taxes and Customs fees upon entering the destination country, these sums are not known to us in advance and aren't therefore included in the cost of the shipping shown at checkout.
After the purchase, the customer will receive an e-mail indicating the shipping tracking code, with this code and the website of the shipper it is possible to monitor the position of the goods.
When ordering, it is recommended to communicate a cellular contact, to facilitate the delivery operation.
Upon delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the parcel delivered and, in case of doubt, write on the transport document the words "WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE".
Subsequently, if the item inside is actually damaged, contact the Sales Staff to report the incident.
Shipment to PO BOXes is unfortunately not possible anywhere in the world.
Pick up at our warehouse
The pick up by the customer has no handling cost. When purchasing, select the "Collect on site" method of delivery.
After the payment you will be contacted by email with all the informations on how to collect the goods, which will take place at our Pogliani headquarters in Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
Right to withdraw from the contract
The customer has the right of withdrawal according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (directive 97/7 / EU, consumer protection in case of distance contracts).
This right is reserved for consumers without VAT number, who do not buy for business purposes.
The intention of withdrawal must be communicated via email to the Sales Staff within 14 working days since the delivery of the goods. The Customer will then have to ship the package containing the goods to be returned within 4 working days and to provide us with the tracking code to confirm that the shipment has occurred.
The goods must be sent to the exact address that will be communicated with the return confirmation: any variations in the address compared to the one provided by us will result in the void of the refund. The package travels under the customer's own responsability and at his expense.
The goods must be returned complete, in the original packaging, without signs of use or wear, the packaging labels must be intact.
The refund, including the original shipping costs, will take place within 14 days, starting from the moment the company received the goods.
In the event of forfeiture of the withdrawal terms or conditions not suitable for reimbursement, after telephone or e-mail agreements, the company will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the customer.
Please note that the customer's refusal to deliver the package does not constitute a correct application of the right of withdrawal: the package must always be accepted and only after contacting us will the procedure begin. If the shipment is refused during delivery and the package is returned to the sender, we will in any case proceed with the refund once we receive the package but the costs of returning the goods, the original transport costs and any other storage costs will be retained.
A free return service is offered only for clothing products (helmets, jackets, footwear, etc.) and related accessories and only on Italian territory. Upon contact by the customer, we will organize the collection of the item at an agreed location and once returned to the premises the refund will be made. The customer will take care to return the product intact and in perfect condition, in its original packaging and complete with labels/any accessories. If the conditions of the returned product are found to be inadequate, we reserve the right to withhold part or the entire amount due, leaving the product available for recovery at the customer's expense.
Exchange of goods
In the event of an incorrect purchase or change of mind, within 14 working days of receiving of the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace the purchased goods only with another one available at the company's warehouse. The customer can contact us to be informed of the return methods based on the specific case. Once the item has been received and the conditions are verified, the customer will be refunded. If he then so wishes, he will be able to place a new order for the correct item or the one he wishes to receive as a replacement. Please note that the goods must be returned intact in all their parts and will travel under the responsibility of the customer, who bears the shipping costs for returning the products.
Warranty
The products on sale are immune to defects that make them unsuitable for their intended use and are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty terms established by law.
To use it, the customer must keep an invoice or a delivery document that he will receive together with the products purchased. No guarantee is due if the customer is aware of defects in the purchased item or if they are easily recognizable at the time of purchase.
Discount coupons / Gift Cards
The discount coupons that can be purchased on the site can only be used for online orders, it is not possible to spend them in our physical stores. Discount coupons are not refundable. In case of withdrawal of a product purchased through a discount voucher, the refund will take place in the following way: the original discount code, with any credit still available, will be deactivated. A new discount code will then be provided for the same amount as the original. Any amount paid in foreign currency (if the price of the product was higher than the value of the discount voucher) will instead be regularly refunded in the same payment method.
Descriptions, images or possibly incorrect data
The products offered on our site are represented with the aim of informing the Customer clearly and with minimal risk of error.
Despite the utmost care we dedicate to this purpose, we apologize for any inadvertent inaccuracies, such as:
images, descriptions, compatibility, quantities in stock, list prices, etc.
In the event of a pricing error and a sale subsequently consummating at that incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the purchaser if it is determined that the resulting price difference is excessively high and uneconomical. sustainable, or also if the error was immediately clear and obvious.
We invite the Customer to pay maximum attention during the purchase phase and contact "Customer Service" to clarify any doubts.
We will also be happy to promptly correct any errors reported to us.
In the event of a sale already concluded and goods different from what is represented on the site, upon request of the Customer we will recover the object at our expense with relative reimbursement or replace it where the right conditions exist.
However, requests for further compensation as a result of the aforementioned errors will not be accepted.
