Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy
Your satisfaction is our main goal. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it or make use of the legal warranty. We want you to always feel secure in your purchases, which is why we have made our procedures clear and transparent.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns for Change of Mind)
Who this applies to: This right is reserved by law for private consumers (individuals who purchase without a VAT number). Companies and professionals who request an invoice are excluded.
Timeframes: You have 14 calendar days, starting from the day you received the goods, to inform us of your intention to withdraw. Once your decision has been communicated, you will have another 14 calendar days to ship the product.
Simple and Guided Procedure:
Contact Us: Send an email to our Customer Service at [email protected] stating your wish to make a return. We will provide confirmation and the exact address to which the package should be sent.
Prepare the Package: Ensure that the product is in as-new condition. The goods must be returned intact, unused, without signs of wear or mounting, complete with tags, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Ship the Product: Return shipping is at your expense and under your responsibility. We advise you to use a tracked shipping service and to provide us with the tracking code.
Specific Conditions for Products:
Helmets: Returns of helmets will not be accepted if the protective film on the visor has been removed.
Technical Items: For spare parts and accessories, any return requests due to manufacturing defects or impossibility of mounting will only be accepted upon proof of installation by an authorized workshop. The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper self-installation.
The Refund: Once the return is received and the integrity of the product is verified, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
The refund includes the cost of the product and the original (standard) shipping costs.
If the return is partial (you return only some items from a larger order), the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. Product Exchange (Product Replacement)
If you have chosen the wrong size or wish to exchange for a different item, the fastest procedure is as follows:
Initiate the return procedure for the product you wish to return, following the instructions in point 1.
Place a new and separate order for the correct item.
In this way, you will receive the new product as quickly as possible, while we process the refund for your return as soon as it arrives back in the warehouse.
3. Legal Warranty for Defective Products
All our products are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity against manufacturing defects.
To claim the warranty, it is essential to keep the invoice or delivery document.
For issues with spare parts and accessories that require installation, a warranty claim will only be accepted if accompanied by proof of installation carried out by an authorized professional workshop.
4. Special Cases and Exclusions
"On Request" Products: Items specifically ordered for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are non-refundable.
Refusal of Delivery: Refusing the package from the courier is not a valid return procedure. The package must be accepted, and only afterward should you initiate the return procedure by contacting us. In case of refusal or failure to collect from storage, the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any other customs charges billed to us will be deducted from the final refund.
Loss of Right: The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned product is not intact or the conditions are unsuitable for a refund. In such a case, the item will be returned to the sender with shipping costs at their expense.
